10th September 2007 - Malaysia Contract

10th September 2007 - English Training

Recent announcements of new Government regulations requiring compulsory English tests for skilled workers entering the UK and Australia, only emphasise the growing demand for English skills in countries where there are growing labour shortages. AIT is certain that this trend will increase - already there is evidence that factories in Singapore and Malaysia will demand increasing levels of English. This will mean that it will be vital for all Bangladeshi workers to undertake at least basic training in general English - they will no longer  be accepted in many countries without the ability to communicate. AIT has long ago anticipated this trend and offers English and cultural classes to all candidates. This important service is now being expanded to offer classes to a much broader public market in Bangladesh.

AIT Expands to Middle East, Malaysia and Brunei

AIT has expanded its professional recruitment services to included Malaysia, Brunei and the Middle East. Following a visit by AIT Directors to Malaysia, the company has been contracted to supply a range of engineering and skilled trade specialists to major projects in these regions. These important contracts mark further industry recognition of the professional and ethical services provided by AIT from its base in Dhaka.

AIT will offer professional recruitment services within Bangladesh

AIT will also apply its professional approach to the Bangladesh market and will offer recruitment and HRM services to major companies seeking professional staff within Bangladesh. This move signifies a recognition by AIT of the rapid adoption of global best management practices by large corporations in Bangladesh
